Radiance and Flow.

Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi has studied creativity and the process of Flow which is a state that creative people enter when they are at their most productive.

This seems quite relevant to the concept of Radiance.

I just completed a semester-long class in negotiations and the professor, in his closing remarks, presented a quick overview of Csikszentmihalyi's Flow.

I haven't read any of the books on this topic but according to my class' professor, Flow is about achieving an optimal experience.

As if this wasn't close enough to Radiance, we were presented with a quadrant to better define what flow is.  The x axis is Challenge, and the y axis is Skills.  In the (0,0) position is Apathy, on the (1,0) position is Anxiety, on the (0,1) position Boredom, and on the (1,1) position is Flow.  Flow's opposition to apathy on this quadrant makes it indeed quite relevant to Radiance.

Csikszentmihalyi's Flow goes to the top of my reading list. Thanks, Ophis!
