With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion. - Steven Weinberg, 1999

What is the maximum sustainable carrying capacity of the Earth?
Do we have any duty to victims of natural disaster? Poverty? Should humans be allowed to clone themselves? When is euthenasia acceptable?
Should humans genetically engineer themselves? Are there any expectable problems when they do? What could be the benefits? Costs. etc. etc.
Just a few off the top of the head.
ps. On a completely different approach, I could imagine it taking on personal advice themesa. eg. "can men and women really be just friends?" "How much money should I expect to spend trying to get laid?" etc.
