An example and some info for those interested.
Attacherd is a picture of a common pro A/V system installed by Roh's and engineered by myself. Like most businesses from IBM to Raytheon, small business and large, at Roh's we try to keep multiple divisions in a single location. It saves a lot of money and enhances inter-office communications. This system lives in the brand new Estes Weight Training facility for athletes at the University of Arizona.
(32) Bose Professional Model 32 speakers, 70v. Each tapped at 32W. Bet ya can't find em'.
(4) Bose 502B sub-woofers, also from the Pro division.
Total power is about 1800W, 1000 in model 32s and 800 in subwoofers.
This syetem uses Crown amplifiers, Knox video switchers, and Panasonic Projectors.
The system is mono to assure an even sound across the room and will reach approximately 103db.
Since Roh's is not an internet company, we put very little on the web. Up til about 3 months ago there was only a placeholder. However, about 3 months ago we went through a change of heart and are rapidly expanding. The cool part: I offer all of my products to Virians at 10% above cost. This includes pro gear like Mackie, Midas, Crown, Ashly, Shure and the like. I've no interest on making money at the CoV. So if you are into audio or video, let me know. We also have a large retail floor, so I can get most high quality consumer electronics as well. I don't carry cheapies, so don't look here for that stuff. Also, i am not a salesman, though I do sell as the owner, if you want retail product I may have to hand you over to one of my salesmen. And remember, some items are very heavy and expensive to ship - in those cases I can have the local reps contact you.
These pics were taken during construction, so don't mind the construction debris. The Credenza contains all the controls for the rack.
