Being challenged is critical to Q (overall quality of life).. Either from within or without, challenge is integral to the outcome of the axiomatic "Improve or Die". A key pursuit of CoV should be to help its members engineer the source of challenges from external, seemingly uncontrollable sources to internally chosen and rational choices. Both sources "improve" us, but one is rewardingly proactive while the other is dependently reactive.
