Took this photo on the streets last week.

Well BL I wonder what our girl Sarah Palin would have to say about it ?

A buddy did comment "Well and good until you've got a 14 lb. breech birth - then it's 'Cut me Mick, cut me!' "

Cheers

[Blunderov] I'm told an episiotomy is known in the obstetrics trade as "the husband's cut": the subsequent stitching apparently tightens everything up a bit.  Midwives sometimes perform episiotomies too so the bumper meme is full of FAIL really. Most people probably won't understand it and many of those who do understand it will disagree with it.

It should be noted that an episiotomy has a downside in that the recovery process can sometimes obstruct normal domestic sammich-making and delivery services in the short term but it is prolly totally worth it in the long run.
