Khalid Shah Mohammed is the #3 man in Al Quaeda, behind Osama
Bin Laden and Ayman Zawahiri, and is the global operations manager.
He has been intimately involved in the planning and execution of many
Al Quaeda attacks, including the 1993 World Trade Center vanbombing
