[rhinoceros] Probably you have heard that RIAA wants to charge ISPs because they make business out of MP3 downloads.

"We will hold ISPs more accountable," said Hillary Rosen, RIAA chair and chief executive, in her keynote address at the Midem music conference in Cannes on the French Riviera. "Let's face it. They know there's a lot of demand for broadband simply because of the availability (of file-sharing)... It's clear to me these companies are profiting to the tune of millions and millions of dollars. They must be held accountable."

"Based on recent RIAA declarations, AAA today has called for municipalities to levy tolls on all roads to deter car thefts. Spokesperson for the group, Rillary Hosen, stated "Let's face it. They must be held accountable."
