When examining a theory, such as Intelligent Design, I look for possible evidence, not a lot of opinion. A question I have asked for many years is: Why is Luna in an orbit that causes a nearly perfect total eclipse?  This seems an unlikely coincidence to me.  One Ph.D. mathematician stated that this was a poet's question, whatever that means.

I see this as a coming syncresis leading to synthesis on faith vs. science, as science hits an intersection between ID and the slightly purposeless vision espoused by some hard-core anti-deists.

If we begin looking at life as scaling towards complexity in all directions, then the god complex is that - a scale into complexity that our language, science, is crawling towards.

seems self-reflective that, here in the bastion of 'reason' and 'ideas about ideas' the most visited topics are the God topics.
