As a follow-on to a previous post, on this topic, apparently abstinance based education is working, which is really good news, at least if you enjoy oral sex.
Source: It seems from 1995 and 2002 CDCP surveys (Please note that I didn't wrestle through all the ridiculously huge PDFs which is all the CDC seems to be releasing under Our Dear Misleadertm, in an attempt to track down the source, but merely reworked the numbers from an angst riddled and anguished post at Blogcritics. Presumably that post's author hasn't realized that "virginity preserving" unprotected anal sex is also extremely popular these days.
Percentage of teens who have had intercourse (Sex) and oral sex (Oral) and their ages (caveat the 1995 data appears to have been rounded). Notice that the increased probability of a blow job hugely exceeds the slight declines in reported sex (I assume this is taken to mean vaginal sex with penetration). Unfortunately, as the soaring STD numbers confirm (supra), the decline in condom use is even greater:

[Blunderov] I heard on the net that the first law of socio-genetics is that "celibacy is not hereditary".
(Oddly, I can find no reference to any actual discipline known as "socio-genetics", but I'm sure if there was one, this would be its first law.)
