--- forwarded from my dad ---
why is it that so many folks - given the chance - will stuff themselves to the unhealthy point and get fat
it's the stomach, yearning, seemingly insatiably, - acting like a brain should
a brain is designed to soak up all knowledge in it's path - assimilate what it needs to survive, discard what is not needed, etc ..
when the stomach acts the way a brain should - it results in obesity
now
what happens when a brain acts the way a stomach should
the stomach needs a steady supply of reliable nutrition - and it in most cases better attuned to a staple diet - rather than very diverse - the opposite of a brain
and when the brain acts like a stomach - we see folks discarding new data for old reliable sources - dogma -
essentially - many folks get their brains and stomach roles reversed
it's a problem
perhaps when one fixes the one half of the equation - the other will - by remainder theory - be corrected as well
not sure where all this is headed - but at 5: 30 am -i'll take it as the thought of the day --- To unsubscribe from the Virus list go to <http://www.lucifer.com/cgi-bin/virus-l>
