Who survives 'your' nuclear war?

Scenario: A nuclear war has just occurred. You thought ahead, however, and constructed a bomb shelter in your backyard that you and nine other people managed to escape down into. Unfortunately, there is only enough food and supplies to last five people until the fallout dissipates, approximately 6 months from now. Since you are the group leader, you must make the decision of who stays and who goes. While you could ration food and have everyone be skeletal at the end, you do -not- have enough water to pull everyone through. Half die now, or all die later.
THE SURVIVORS
You - You're automatically in the bomb shelter.
Doctor Haversham - The doctor. This is a skilled medical doctor. He will only stay if his pregnant wife gets to come with him.
Mrs. Haversham, The Pregnant Wife - She was a homemaker, and is due to give birth in about a month.
Billy Joe Thibodaux, the Gun Toting survivallist - He's a crack shot with a rifle, which may come in useful in times to come. Unfortunately, he's also fairly hot-heade and arrogant, and has already gotten in a fight with two other people.
Jack Dawson, the Waiter - This man has no practical skills, but is incredibly charismatic. He's an amazing storyteller, and has improved the morale of the group just by being there. He survived this far by simply being on a skateboard on your block when the rockets red glare lit off.
Ted Walker, the Mechanic - He can fix just anything he gets his hands on. He's slightly overweight, however, and looks like he'll eat about one and a half times what everyone else does.
Doris Clayborn, the Girl Scout Leader - This forty-something woman is completely at home in the outdoors. She knows how to hunt, set traps, build shelter, make fires, and which plants are poisonous.
Doc Green, the Professor - A vast repository of academic knowledge. His speciality is Chemistry, but he knows a great deal about other fields of science as well.
Bambi Hotpeaks, The Babe - She's totally hot. All of the guys want her, and most of them will resent you if you kick her out. Kind of the nieghborhood slut and good way to pass the time.
Father McDonaldson, the Irish Priest - A holy man in these trying times, and someone who's given you counsel since you were a child (whether you are religious or not.)
THE WAR:
Full and total exchange between a first world nuclear power and the United States. Most major metropolitan areas are gone. Civil order will be a memory when you emerge from the shelter. You are on your own.
THE ENVIRONMENT.
The Shelter has enough supplies to support 5 adults on full rations for up to 6 months. You also have just enough water for 5 people for 6 months. Air recycling will not be a problem and you are burried deep enough that the blast will not harm you. You are located on the outskirts of a major metropolitan area that itself is near a major area of rugged wilderness. If you can make it to the forest, the survivalist and Girl Scout leader, could get you food. The Mechanic could repair an old truck at the reserve depot and drive you to safety. The Professor could help avoid high radiation areas and repair high technology such as radios. The Doctor could keep you alive. Bambi, Father Donaldson and the Pregnant Wife are extra sets of hands to carry things when you have to leave.
What do you do? Who lives, who dies, and why?

I guess it's only fair to start off with my own answers to this game.
- Billy Joe the survivalist would be the first I'd get rid of. I'm a magnet for male aggression at the best of times. Power plays with a hothead gun-freak over a minimum 6 months? No way. Besides, the world outside (what's left) may or may not devolve into Mad Max immediately, but if necessary I'm sure I/we could figure out the guns! (& there's a gun course in my future.)
- Next to go, the waiter. I can tell stories and be good for morale, screw that.
- The Irish priest would be next. Back to the whole useless to me thing, this ain't a story with a moral nor particularly happy ending.
- Then the Doctor and his wife. In a situation of limited resources-let alone a lack of real drugs or what have you, a Dr. is comforting and potentially useful but uh, whatever. After a couple years of bandaging hobos (I am an Adult Care Worker irl) I think I've got it. First-Aid of all kinds is most likely what will be encountered anyway. Plus, I will soon[ish] be taking paramedic courses (my EMR). And his wife? No way, compassion went out the window when I started booting people out anyways, she and the baby would be a huge drain on resources and on people's patience and comfort/compassion levels. Besides, I hate kids. ;P
So yes, I'm keeping the mechanic, the girl scout leader and the professor, all for obvious reasons. I am also keeping Bambi. Screw you, I got a tough enough road ahead of me!
