I suggest that people mail their replies directly to Lucifer, rather than posting them here, in order to make this more of a challenge for latecomers.
When he has a gap in posting, he can then announce the replies.

Not sure if this will help or hinder, but I rotated the image 180 degrees, then superimposed it on the original.
