All Virian Projects must be sponsored by at least one Vector with a reputation of Magister or better.
All Virian Projects must be run according to the established policy of the CoV.
All Virian Projects are operated under the sanction of the Virian Council which may be withrawn at the Council's discretion.
All project material included on the wiki should comply with the established WikiPolicy including this rule set, although specific projects may establish or the VirianCouncil require additional rules.
These rules are mutable, and are subject to extention, deletion or revision by the VirianCouncil without further notice.
