Learning about human learning by analyzing AI learning - and some implications

For those who disagree that there is no significant difference between how humans and AI learn, acquire and develop capability, there is this complete rebuttal. We are now learning how humans develop speech from how AIs do the same.
Which also invalidates arguments that it is invalid to use public information to train AI without crediting the originators of that public information, given that this is exactly how humans learn to create what we call "original" things. It also invalidates the argument that AI cannot create original things, and, if the things AI create are not sufficiently "original" to be protected, it also invalidates the legal protections we offer works established by humans (and the sooner the better - the harm that copyrights, trademarks and patents have caused should by now be apparent to all*).
*Or at least to those capable of those capable of using Russian and Chinese search engines and comparing the immense wealth of information this yields in comparison to Western search engines today.
