Seems like a pretty thorough criticism of the lack of conflict-of-interest transparency in the World Health Organization. As a medical journal it doesn't offer any real criticism of the underlying science at WHO re:h1n1 or the efficacy of the vaccine. Given the context of a medical journal the lack of such criticism would seem to imply that they have no argument with the science. I somehow doubt that will provide any satisfaction to ardent conspiracy theorists.
