An official document of the Church of Virus, approved by the VirianVectors through administrative affirmation.

Any VirianVector may entitled to approve any page having the status of WorkInProgress having made changes satisfying any outstanding objections including objections raised by themselves.
Such approval must be indicated by a line showing the names of those VirianVectors supporting this approval having the format:

No VirianVector may affix the name of another VirianVector to any such line under penalty of Disciplinary Action.

Any VirianVector may challenge a document bearing this status at any time by changing the page status to:
- WorkInProgress,
  - When this is done, the VirianVector doing this must add a line having the format WikiObjection <VirianVector> <Date> <a note to explain why they objected to the previous formulation>
  - and may edit the document to reflect their suggested changes. Or,
- WorkInVoting
  - When this is done, the VirianVector doing this must:
    - Establish a vote at http://virus.lucifer.com/bbs/index.php?action=voteIndex with a link to this page. And,
    - Add a line having the format WorkInVoting <VirianVector> <Date> <link to vote established at http://virus.lucifer.com/bbs/index.php?action=voteIndex>.
Or may alter the the document:
- leaving the existing approval in place if the sense of the document remains unchanged, or
- reapproving the document with only their name attached to the approval i.e. removing the names of other Vectors.
