All [Virian Projects|VirianProjects] [must|WikiMust] be run according to the established [policy|VirianPolicy] of the CoV.

All [Virian Projects|VirianProjects] are operated under the sanction of the [Virian Council|VirianCouncil] which may be withrawn at the [Council's|VirianCouncil] discretion.
