The Church of Virus is an evolving organization.
Thus the policy reflected here is mutable and open to discussion, alteration, ammendment or rejection by the members of the CoV.
No policy shall be in effect until it has been ratified by means of affirmation or vote by the Virian Congregation

Policy proposals shall be established on the wiki or elsewhere as determined by the Church of Virus from time to time.
Policy Documents will have a field at the top, reflecting the document status
Members cooperating on the development of policy shall coordinate between themselves. Once a proposal appears to be complete, and no further editing seems required, it may be affirmation or a vote held on the adoption of that policy under the rules established in terms of the WikiVote policy and Virian Voting policy.
