+
+Virus favors affording individuals the greatest autonomy in making their reproductive choices. This means providing information and education on reproductive possibilities and choices as universally as possible, as well as permitting those with resources to avail themselves to whatever reproductive technology they choose to afford. We hold it more important that people can freely solicit responsible medical guidance and information about risks and benefits to make more responsible individual decisions, than that government should unnecessarily restrict procedures. The greatest evils of eugenic programs have not occurred because people sought to reproduce more intelligently, but because government programs of reproduction have generally operated on coercive and irrationally racist permises. Virus advocates for eugenics programs which instead operate on assumptions of individual autonomy and responsibility, rather than assumptions of social planning and authoritarian hegemony.
