Take for example the use of fertility drugs resulting in human "litters", most of which include several clones. Certainly the medical risks of some of these early pioneer cloning efforts deserve some discussion in any ethical evaluation. But these present no greater, and probably less medical risk, both for potential long term health problems of offspring, and especially for pregnancy delivery complications
