Although We did have this thread covered i have been looking through the mail
involved and I feel that the discussion did not come up with a reasonable
enough answer to the questions posed. That is why i am atttempting to re-open
the thread in order to fully complete it to a point where we cannot go any
further ie one of the ideas behind discussing memetics.
