Who is forcing you to read XYZ's messages to the exclusion of others
you would rather read? If your mail reader doesn't have the ability
to automatically delete a message based on the "From:" field, it is
well worth investing in one. (Qualcomm Eudora and MS Exchange have good
filtering capabilities).
