You only have it slightly backwards. The beginning point is: "It is good".
Then "Be fruitful" (retreat, fortify...almost "fear", more like
preparedness), and multiply (fornicate...also replicate). So fear and sex
(fruitfulness, and multiplication) is level 2. But EVERYTHING begins with
"good". This is also divinely inspired.
