Thanks, in this case I agree. Still, people imply too much. A good reader
needs to be able to deal with what is implied on many levels, some of which
the writer might not even be aware of. For the most part, I look for things
that relate to the discussion(s) at hand. I do not always focus on the
express views of the author. Nor, do I think that most people do. Often
things are implied from a person's historical tendency to respond in a
certain way (as your comment to me above is--notice, it *implies* reading
too much into something based on a historical tendency for my doing so and
doesn't address the stated purpose of the post). I might respond with the
same observation on your part (and I like to think that there are no
accidents...that an obscure reference to a post that two people have both
read is more than adequate cause for bringing up the point for clarification).
