Prof. Tim,

I am trying to get a "feel" for fractiles. I want to clarify that saying a
structure at the root of memetics misrepresents this thread by implying the
structure is the cause (it doesn't have to imply that but I wanted to make
sure how you meant the statement). AND, no...at some level I think that a
conglomerate of physical processes form a coherent enough structure so that
they can be recognized as replicable (in reference to whether a structure or
a set of processes would best represent the memetic idea). Still, if one
shifts one's focus every structure seems to be only a process in yet another
structure...
