I can sense the delight you have as you flesh our your personal philosophy
and model of the universe, and I think the memebers are sharing it with you
in their generosity to converse with you about these matters.

I would suggest you read some of the latest scientific thought on
evolution. For easy, fun reads, I might suggest "Darwin's Dangerous Idea,"
"Figments of Reality," and my own VIRUS OF THE MIND for starters.

Remember, this is a Church -- you don't want to commit heresy, do you?
