Tony, have you thought about playing the race card instead? No better way
to start a riot, you know!

Tobacco sales are going down in Europe and America, but Tobacco Inc.'s
profits are on the rise because of the new markets in Asia. <Tobacco is
the opium of the 20th century.> So why not call for the 90s equivalent of
the Opium Wars? Portray Tobacco Inc. as the re-emergence of colonial
imperialism and call for its censure on human rights grounds. That should
play well in Britain. (You've got a Labor govt. at the moment, don't you?
Besides, how many tobacco farmers are there in the U.K.?)
