I am having a little trouble defining for myself what you mean by special
rights. If you mean getting paid the same as a man-- then what's special
about that? If you mean getting maternity leave and daycare-- aren't those
entangled in the rights of the children? If you mean hiring a woman who has
never seen a computer to manage a telecommunications hub just because she's
a woman-- then that *is* special... stupid too. I think many "spacial
groups" find political correctness as nauseating as the "majority".

For this
reason, women are not blending in with the crowd, but (in my experience)
men are tip-toeing around women in fear of offending them. Some women
(I am specifically using women as an example of a minority group, I am
quite aware of others that are worse off) play the role of the martyr for
power. That is what I meant when I said "femaleness".

1) I don't buy your thinking of women as a minority power. They are at
least 50% of a population, right?

2) Men don't necessarily "tip-toe" because they are afraid. Sometimes they
tip-toe in a very loud and obvious manner in order to play the martyr.
(Yeah, the martyr sword cuts two ways)
