Inspired by Vernor Vinge's text. You can find this on the net as well.

It's also called bootstrapping of quality. You'll find that concept
everywhere in nature, and it's linked to entropy and information
processing.

With peace, the search for truth can progress much more rapidly.
Else, your time is divided trying to stop wars or prevent them or
