Are these churches "gatherings of people" or are they playing
counter-expectaional poststructuralist games with the concept of "church?"
In other words, is part of the purpose they refer to themselves as a
"church" because they wish to inspire an internal criticism of what is and
isn't a church in the reader/viewer?
