Just arrangements of torches, but there's a subtle undercurrent of
sarcasm in my reply; unfortunately, my faulty memory caused me to look
like an idiot in so doing. In most representations of the Thoth,
there's a single word at the bottom of each card.
Its the Five and Ten of Wands that I was thinking, subtitled,
respectively, Strife and Opression. (Take as your Sign that of your
most dire enemy. Confuse the weak! :)
Now, Swords has some nice significators as well. Defeat, Cruelty, and
my favourite, the Ten of Swords: Ruin.
