The above is just a teaser from the beginning of Richard Dawkin's
article.

This is answered in the 2nd paragraph of the article:
"Faith, being belief that isn't based on evidence..."

So, no, not just religious faith. Personally I would have qualified
that by "...based on *good* evidence..." because there are plenty
of beliefs out there based on poor or unreasonable evidence.
