My worry was that Richard seemed to be claiming that people's oceans would
at some point switch from having a constant gale on them to having a
constant class V hurricane. I'm saying that, over time, hurricanes come and
go, and what's more they come and go in different parts of the ocean.

Maybe we can imagine a whole-human-race memetic processing ocean diagram,
with big stacks of memetic recursion appearing in different personal
processing spaces! And the diagram would be the same!
