When it optimizes your goals. Tai Chi provides numerous examples where
maximizing entropy in one's motion prevents injury to oneself.

A number of computer games also benefit from maximizing entropy. A
widespread example on IBM clones is MineSweeper. If you *must* guess,
cooperate with the 2nd law of Thermodynamics.
