I don't really have any centralized sources in mind.

One of my friends (with some military background, and no interest in
flaky conspiracy theories) is certain that the FBI committed gross
violations of its own laws in the Waco incident. He's using
conventional books/articles/etc., not conspiracy-theory sources.
I don't know which ones.
