bout 10-12 years ago, when I first tried the stuff, I did a lot of study on this drug as I always look for possible negative effects before risking my health. Even then, there was data to suggest possible effects of the nature you mention. If I am correct, the side effects of abuse were: Sleeplessness, depression, diet irregularity, addiction, and more serious chemo/psychological problems. Of course, being intelligent and rational, I was very careful with my use until I quit the stuff entirely. I saw a lot of people do really stupid things thanks to MDMA. But I am sure they had fun at the time.
