Economics, partnering with aesthetics, _are_ memetics. Or are disciplines destined to become memetics, or memetics will be absorbed into a meta-science consiliated from some fluid dynamics side of economics and some need to explain animal perceptions and the creations of cultures.

Or something like that. I always end up with economic reasons for shamanism when I dig as deep as I'm able, and end up with intrinsic and functional reasons for beauty when I dig as deep as I'm able.

It's all relative to how deep one can dig, though. And _that_ is where the level system comes in- not how high you've been, but how deep you will go.
