Hi,

A great deal of this discussion has been getting just a bit to complex for me. I've not been around that long. But, I do have the distinct impression that our intent is not to scare people off. Sorry -- that complexity is surely half my fault. I do not intend to scare. I have found my discussion with TheHermit to be most mind stretching -- it is my first real attempt at expounding a meta-physics (and ontology), so I'm learning lots. You are right that it is probably "off topic" for Virus in the short term. We hardly need a fully developed metaphysics to go out door knocking...

On the other hand, my other major project at the moment, an epistemology of email, is something that this group needs *desperately*. The medium of email has proven to be a poor one for knowledge creation -- and so we need a patch.
