I checked this out. I agree with quite a lot of it. Interestingly enough, the point about not cooking food, is the point at which I do not agree. Some of these global generalizations will never fit everyone. We are not all created THAT equal. In this case, you should know that individuals with a very high metabolism are incapable of sufficiently "breaking down" raw food during the time that it is in their systems. If these people were to follow your advice, they would suffer from nutritional deficits. I know this because I am one. I'm very healthy and giving up raw foods is one of the reasons why.

A number of the more tenacious memes of modern American society center around health and diet. The part about knowing your own body is probably the most sensible statement in that entire document.
