It's a start. One way or another, this medium needs to evolve a set of "rules of engagement" that become so much a part of its use that they're thought of as an indistinguishable part of the medium itself.

Left to its own devices, the medium _will_ become the message and our participation merely more source material for the spectacle. Maybe we can re-define the memetic situ of medium before the medium has a chance to re-define us.
