Absolutely not. And how many of us have beat drug tests when, were the tests reliable, they would have turned up evidence of our illegal recreation.

That's beautiful. Confess and legitimize our tactics or get a taste of the ol' summary.

Wade, last week, Heidi Nordburg wrote in response to a "get tough" argument from you, "When I was in High School, and it wasn't THAT long ago (graduated 82), kids were given a chance to turn around when they made a mistake. I'm just saying that our society is becoming more fascist and more repressive, and that there will be reactions to that."

I wonder about your reaction to Fianna's experience. Do you think the treatment that Fianna received was ethical or justifiable?

Sure, Fianna. Tell it to the judge. As I understand it, there exists clinical evidence that you are a meth-freak and a pot-head. I suppose you're going to tell us that we should accept YOUR WORD over SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE of your criminal activity.

Do your parents own their home? What's its value? I'll bet there are several law enforcement agencies that would find the juxtaposition of your UA and the value of your parents home quite interesting and ripe with possibility.

So you say, but you're a proven drug addict with a history of disciplinary problems at school.

Personally, I find that fact that you were coerced into a confession that resulted in a mandatory investigation into your bodily fluids equally if not more disturbing than the fact that the investigative methods employed are faulty.

UAs.

I'm not on any medication, haven't been for years so
the methamphetamines weren't there, I'd never smoked
marijuana before, and our little alcohol escapade had

Eh, just commenting that even though you do take a UA,
the results aren't guaranteed to be accurate.
