Joe Dees	anyone can post - 0	The problem with Casey and people like him is that they, like Hermit, cannot stand being wrong, and thus attempt to revenge themselves upon those who are able to conclusively prove same. Hence this Lucifer-circumventing attempt to Silence via vote.
opsima	any and all Meridion members can post - 1	The trouble with this is that if your reputation is too low to post, how do you redeem yourself to the community, since you can't post anymore? Moreover, how do new members obtain a high enough reputation to post?
Blunderov	all but the outcasts - 3	Perhaps those who are prevented from posting could have access to only one special section of the BBS where they might attempt to regain reputations? I think this is a good idea - makes sense of the reputation system.
Casey	all but the outcasts - 3	Excessive copy/pasting of articles, with no commentary by the poster is a hinderance to rational discourse. This is an issue that needs addressing. Those who continue are given low rep scores by myself. That said, I 2nd Blunderovs idea.
Matt Arnold	all but the globally despised - 2	I like Blunderov's idea of a special section. There should be some limit set on the amount that the nuisances can post, while leaving them an opportunity to redeem themselves. But it's far more important to restrict the mailing list than the BBS.

Kid-A	all but the outcasts - 3	i'm all for free speech, but the CoV suffers more and more everyday, and therefore I'm voting for what I think is for the good of the community......I will be disappointed if the CoV and it's active members dont go forward in a positive manner and dies
