I personally am happiest when surrounded by rational people who disagree with me. I am good company and effective when I am happy, healthy, and my needs are being pursued, not met.

I find 4.1 hard to answer since "relatively small" is to vague. Is it relative to the world population or to a dozen. I think we are pack animals but the pack needs to be like minded. The globalization also links the packs together. So the pack you belo
