"Floating" Categories

One major differrence I noticed that I like better about IBF (Invision Board Forum) than YaBB SE is how Category tables are spaced and have the appearence of floating (example).

Does YaBB SE have built in capabilities to give this visual effect?

If NOT then I suppose it wouldn't be too hard to hack YaBB SE to accomplish this.

The floating effect gives a greater feel of differrent purposes for differrent Categories and it looks more organized rather than info just being clumped together IMO.

I have downloaded YaBB SE but have not yet installed it.
I intend to take a good look at the code when I have a chance and hack it quite a bit.  If I figure out how to create the floating effect in YaBB SE I'll let you know if you don't do it before me.

I think it would require a code change. Let me know if/when you figure it out.

I have finally taken the time to successfully hack YaBB SE to get "floating" categories to work.

You can look at it here: http://test.madisonunderground.com/yabbse

Compare to the Invision Board Forum for which it is based on.

Let me know what you think about it and if you like I can email the code to you along with documentation.
