Windy and dark!
West Palm, Fl. is now a great place to see the stars.  No city lights
for at least 50 sq. miles.  I just spent the weekend re-living the
Andrew experiance, hooking up my parents condo with generators and
extension cords.  I haven't seen such a black night since my last
motorcycle ride in northern Cambodia.  At least there are no land mines
near the county line. Yet.

If you want to view some extremes in primate behavior, I suggest a
visit to habitat of luxury
with the plug pulled.  Brings out the best and the worst in everyone.
