I read the wikipedia article. Based on that, I'm not feeling moved towards sainting Agrippa, but I'd like hear what Tas6 found interesting about him such that he suggested it. That could be a worthwhile discussion of its own.

Actually; I believe he was French and subsequently messed about with German nobility. His literary works were in French.

I too am interested in the logic of TAS6's proposal for sainthood. Noting that Sir Isaac Newton has; magician, occult writer, theologian, astrologer, and alchemist attributed to his repertoire, among other things.

http://plato.stanford.edu/entries/agrippa-nettesheim/ It would seem Agrippa was a staunch Humanist in a time that resisted that so of thing.
