The CoV seems to be getting along just fine without one, IMHO. All it would do is complicate things. It would be redundant, but people would probably waste a lot of time tinkering with it.
You could think of the CoV as having an "emergent" constitutionality; all the bits and pieces of order and organization inserted into it in various ways ultimately have the same effects as a constitution would.

Immortality Institute has a constitution because it is a registered non-profit corporation. To my knowledge, the CoV is not yet a legally-recognized entity. The MetaVirus will have a constitution for in the future it will also become a non-profit corporation. If the CoV has any aspirations to be churchofvirus.org, it should develop a constitution as well as a business plan. Otherwise, a constitution is unneeded, but may be desireable to more effectively manage this congregation.
