Previously it was noted that it might be felt that the use of a political manifesto could be an inappropriate device for conveying the tenets of CoV. Possibly, the extension of various overly specialized areas of discussion might serve to degrade the overall efficacy of the Virian antimemes. The desire to effect a more cogent and salient presentation of the tenets of forward thinking deserve at least, a high degree of diacritical discourse before the actual modus opperandi of the means are cast upon the masses for mere revision.

By seeking to delineate a course of action we must first disclose a destination. That has been done, but not well. Point of discourse by example: "We, the people, in order to form a more perfect union..." What is subjectively being declared by that clause? Ok...

Subject  Verb Object
We    [the people]
form
union [more perfect]

Simple enough, right?
well...no.

That is literally what is going on within the confines of litera scripta manet. But that is not what is going on. The history of the time helps one comprehend a little deeper.

That porphyria-ridden fewl, King George, sought to diminish the self-actualization of a people based solely on the geography of the relationship he held with these people. These people perceived, correctly, that a select few people were seeking to ride on the economic backs of a collective; that King G through the modus of functionality and interactionism sought to deprive a people of the their self determination, their self AGENCY.

Remember the phrase "Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness"? Well, that is nothing but, an open declaration of the desire to be able to determine and act upon ones own goals and to be able to effect the means to achieve ones goals. This, and all declarative statements of self-agency of the time were reflections the anomie of the time. But they were also reflections of the overwhelming capacity for intellectual agency. These foundations that were laid over two centuries ago were done so by the agency of the largess of genius.

Agency. Self-efficacy. Learned Helplessness. Functionalism. Interactionism. All of these are means to the big social picture, Conflictus. But everything starts with Agency.

So what is our final destination? SELF  agency.  To empower the self with the fundamental means and memes to enact ones actions towards ones goals with out the scaffolding of external subjectively constructionistic agencies is that higher goal of a self aware, self agentic person or people.  "To know that one has not only the right, but the power and responsibility to think for one's self has forever been the first requirement of humanity." Let us openly declare it as such, in these words as the requirement for inclusion herein. Let all other tenets of sentience be forthwith predicate upon this;

“We hold this truth to be self evident, that in order to form a most perfect self we must assume the responsibility of our own agency, our own self-determination. And in the enacting of self-agency we recognize the duties to ourselves that require us to maintain the intellectual means to act toward this end. Granted this, and only after this, any and all things are possible, to anyone.”

What an eloquent way of espousing self determination and freedom. I'm impressed Kirk - what a great read.

I have this 'bad' habit of wanting to frame everything in the positive. The word 'but' is a root hack into a conflict-oriented conversation style.

So what if we said,

To know that one has not only the right, but the power and responsibility to think for one's self has forever been the first requirement of humanity."

To know that one has the right and the power and responsibility to think for one's self has forever been the first requirement of humanity.

Also, I posit that movies will be the form of memetic declaration that will serve the virus. The understanding of how to layer information into movies is going to really kick this planet hard.

For good and ill, it is about to get very messy.
