Evolution is the process of chance and feedback creating and altering the meta-structure of matter

What do you mean by meta-structure? How does it differ from structure?

Evolution (as fact) is a change in shared allele distribution (due to all sorts of factors).
Evolution (as theory) explains that the resulting allele distribution observed is because there is a tendency for allele selection to be 'pruned' for results which are more adapted to the particular environment during the process of selection.

Which of these two formulations are you thinking of replacing?

With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion. - Steven Weinberg, 1999
