We are not humans having spiritual experiences the universe is one big spirit having individual human experiences.

I applaud and support your efforts with Semantic-Panentheism. I'm not sure why you are criticizing Virus though. I too have a vision of memetic engineers designing a whole series of religions. Isn't there room for an atheistic one?

Can you really say that reality is just a bunch of space-time events or just a set of energy manifestations. I understand that we must have a secular way of talking about the world in our public institutions, i am all for secularism, but it is a whole nother thing to try to live from a completely dry objective description of reality. There is no reason to. You are doing us all a disfavor in allowing theists to monopolize what they would call "the human spiritual experience". You too have this experience, it is an important part of being human. It would be a very ugly world if each of us no longer developed a sense of awe or reverence for something.

I can assure you that bunch of space-time events and energy manifestations as well as the research for consciousness and human actions hold a great sense of wonder for many of us.

Anyway, most of us do not give interviews to Larry King, so we don't have to call this sense of wonder a "spiritual experience" or "God" to apeace the virtuous TV watching families and their watchful journalists.

I don't think theists monopolize the "human spiritual experience". In fact, most theists I know in real life are content to know that God is out there, so they tend to put aside such questions and pursue more material ones.
